Opportunity!!!

Most of the time it has been seen that those who regret, excuse & blame on luck never get success in life. Opportunity knocks everyone's door in life but few of them open the right door on right time and other excuse all the life being a looser.

People are afraid of taking risk in their lives they don't wana leave their comfort zone and only take risk when they have to pay less for it. We start calculating return & always worrying about the return of risk. Take risk & create an ability to manage risk. Always remember "higher the risk higher will be the rate of return."

You can only Broad your vision and see the invisible when you leave the comfort zone and lift up yourself. 

Most of the people have perception that opportunity needs an ability however there are several example in our country deny this perception. But you can say that it would be helpful to take you at some extent.

Moula Ali (r.a) said that "I have seen the highly capable people working under the incapable personnel."

Opportunity comes in your way from two different dimensions. The first one is mostly observed that personnel wait for the opportunity by waiting for their good time. Those who wait either catch or loss it, because there is a possibility that such opportunity might contain risk and at that time what matters is your decision power.

The other way is to create an opportunity without wasting your time but depending upon the situation of your existence.Winner does not do different things but doing the things different to become the boss of your own company to become an Entrepreneur. Entrepreneurer is not by birth it can be anyone but the successful is one who has an ability to take risk, manage risk, has strong belief in oneself. Sources and resources can be managed through best ideas but the best idea will not work unless u work on that idea.


Nothing is impossible in life if you dream it you can achieve it, when you will achieve it you have made it possible. So always believe in yourself ,set your goal in life and do your best with positive attitude.You will surely find the result in terms of success and once you get success go for the excellence.

Internal Recruitment

     Internal recruitment seeks applicants for positions from those who are currently employed. Internal sources include present employees, employee’s referrals, former employees, and former applicants.
The disadvantage of internal recruitment is that the size of prospective applicants is considerably reduced. There is no doubt that outside recruitment provides the organization with a broader skill pool and wider experience than could be the case with internal recruitment. A staff member who responds to the internal advertised position and gets the job might discover that their workmates resent that promotion and that could prove very challenging for them in their newfound positions. If a company does recruitment internally, it most probably faces the possibility of having another empty position to fill, and of how to do that. Organizations that heavily rely on inside recruitment might eventually find that they have to advertise outside the organization, the cost not withstanding. Current staff may fill to be the best candidates for the position regardless of whether they have the necessary expertise and expertise required for the job.
    In the context of internal recruitment we can observe that the employees should bring only those referrals that they feel would be able to fit in the organization based on their own experience. The organization should be assured of the reliability and the character of the referrals. In this way, the organization should also fulfill social obligations and create goodwill. Although external recruitment seeks applicants for positions from sources outside the company through advertisement and visit universities by conducting different session and activities also participate in the exhibition to search the required skills candidate. It is often an expensive process, even if recruiting process produces job offers and acceptances eventually. A majority leave the organization within the first five years of their employment. Yet, it is a major source of recruitment for prestigious companies the need to displace employees and to integrate a large number of candidates rather quickly into a new organization means that the personnel-planning and selection process becomes critical more than ever. The organization will have the benefit of new skills, new talents and new experiences, if people are hired from external sources. The management will be able to fulfill reservation requirements in favor of the advantaged sections of the society. Scope for resentment, heartburn and jealousy can be avoided by recruiting from outside. 

HR Dependant Role

HR is somewhere not independent enough to take its own decisions that’s why they have problems in recruiting the right personnel.
Recruitment is done by the departmental head. If a job exists either in term of replacement of an employee or a new hiring respective arrangements are made to recruit people. The replacement procedure goes on throughout the year but for the new hiring CTO & GM (general manager) HR approval is necessary before taking the final decision. Candidates are selected by the departmental heads and HR either negotiates or decides what salary package should be offered to the employee depending on his/her own talent and the budget of the company. Somehow we can say HR is dependent on the senior management or either not following the HR best practices in the organization.
   Effective screening can save a great deal of time and money. Care must be exercised, however, to assure that potentially good employees are not rejected without justification. In screening, clear job specifications are invaluable. It is both good practice and a legal necessity that applicant’s qualification is judged on the basis of their knowledge, skills, abilities and interest required to do the job. More specifically, workforce planning is a systematic process for identifying and addressing the gaps between the workforce of today and the needs of tomorrow.  This will assist in determining the long-term recruitment needs and identify ways to address skills and diversity gaps.

Master of $ales

If you want to be a Master of sale you must remember two most important words.
The first most important word is "YOU". The customer buy first from You so the sales begin with the world first most important person you, If you recognize the best $ales person you then you can understand the second most important word "WHY", it leaves the one thing you make sales without, answer "Why You"  the another word, Why are You doing this? What's in it for You when you finish.. "Why & You" involved in selling purpose. What you gain out of this if its money get out of the sales. If its for a great purpose then your going on a right place. You are there to help people. You are there to provide value. You learn your best & do your best.
The second part of Why is Why them whats the value for them how they can benefit and Why should they buy from you.
The third part of Why is Why asked & Why asked to You? If you don't master the power of asking question you will never understand the element of Engagement.
The two most important words "WHY & YOU" if you master these both words you will be master of yourself & your $ales.

Purpose of $ales

In sales the purpose of sales is most important part. write $ales ever with the starting of  $ (Doller) sign to remind you to become a Doller men. As Most of the sales person think the purpose of their sale is to meeting target but somehow they are wrong, Sale is not being done for the company you work, but its done for oneself to boost-up career growth. Never limit yourself with targets always go high with the value sets to you.  Stay positive & be creative, build a good relationship with your customer and create your value in their mind when ever they want to buy they first think about you. You may not be prolong with the same company in your life your communication, care, competence & creativity may build you to become the owner of your own company one day.

Single day of life

Since last few days when i get up in the morning i was feeling  pain in my back, even i was not capable enough to sit or sleep since last few days.The sun rise & a new day begins, i am losing my days feeling tired and doing nothing rather than making my mind to be outta this pain first before doing anything, where as every new morning brings a step ahead to reach the destination of goal. It ignites the flame of success towards goal.when some1 set its goal.One face new circumstances everyday you feel new power in yourself. the ideas come in mind, the planning one do everyday is really proactive. To face discouraging peoples  and assure them " I CAN DO THAT" the believe in oneself give the effective satisfaction to make impossible to possible. It give me immense pleasure to motivate someone. to let them aware of the power of dream. Life becomes life when you have goal without goal the one become puppet who just spend its days in the rush of life; become a ball  where ever it hits it move in that direction. don't be a hoper plan your goal plan your life. Failure doesn't mean to be quit but it show you the other direction to move towards your goal.
